We're hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator based in our Dallas, TX office to be the operational backbone of our field marketing team. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll own the day-to-day management of our brand ambassador program — from recruiting and scheduling to coaching, reporting, and everything in between. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that offers real visibility and a clear path forward for the right person.
What You'll Do:
Recruit, interview, and onboard new brand ambassadors to support our growing footprint. Manage ambassador scheduling across multiple Costco locations, ensuring every activation is staffed and set up for success. Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing coaching and feedback to consistently hit targets. Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational issues, supporting field teams in real time. Coordinate training programs, assist with payroll preparation, and produce operational reporting for leadership. Partner closely with leadership to identify process improvements and build scalable systems. Maintain strong communication with Costco location contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, on-brand activations. Contribute to new market launches and special operational projects as QUI continues to expand nationally.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Exceptional organizational skills and sharp attention to detail — you catch things others miss. The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without dropping the ball. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a natural ability to problem-solve on the fly. Confidence taking ownership of your work and making decisions independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools quickly. A genuine desire to grow with a company that's scaling fast and rewarding the people who help make it happen.
