We are growing our presence across the California market and looking for dependable, outgoing ambassadors to represent the brand in high-traffic retail environments.
Job Summary
We are hiring 2 Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations in and around Lancaster, CA.
This is a customer-facing role focused on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling.
Training and sales materials will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Host in-store product demos and tastings
- Educate customers on Qui Tequila's quality, process, and flavor profile
- Create a welcoming and professional experience for shoppers
- Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement
- Build strong relationships with store staff
- Track engagement and submit recap notes after events
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
- Reliable transportation within Lancaster, CA.
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus
Compensation
- Pay: $30-$50 per hour
- Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
- Approximately 15-28 hours per week
Location
- Based in Lancaster, CA
- Work at Costco and other retail locations across the surrounding area
- Must be willing to travel to nearby event locations.
